FOCUSED COACHING

 

The Focused Coaching model is intended for instructional leaders to lead teachers in reflective practices to achieve greater student success. Focused Coaching employs instructional leaders as peer coaches to listen, provide feedback, model, assist planning, provide direction, challenge, and encourage teachers to improve.

 

The model is presented in four non-sequential modules for principals, assistant principals, curriculum directors, school improvement coordinators, academic coaches and other instructional leaders.
